The City of Heath Special Events Board brings you the ever-popular Heart of Heath 5K Walk/Run. The race course will incorporate the City's existing trail system, terminating in Towne Center Park. An award ceremony, prize drawings,and refreshments will be served following the race. All proceeds from the race will benefit the continuation of construction on the Heath Trail System throughout the city.

Congratulations to all of the Heart of Heath participants. We were blessed with great weather and no one got hurt. The award winners and results are posted. The awards may be picked up at The Rockwall Running Center (539 East Interstate 30, Rockwall Tx 75087). There are plaques for the overall male and female, overall masters (over 40) male and female, and medals for the top three in each age group.
The City of Heath’s traditional Easter Saturday celebration on April 4 expands this year to include not only the Heart of Heath 5k, but a new Family Run and fun fitness activities for all ages. The race course will incorporate the City's existing trail system, terminating in Towne Center Park. An award ceremony, prize drawings, and refreshments will follow the race.
All proceeds from the race will benefit the Heath’s Parks and Trail system.
Online registration fees increase for Adults after March 19th (so register early).
